B Inspired will hold client records in confidentiality according to GDPR.
Patch tests are to be completed at least 24 hours prior some treatments.
Client consultations will be conducted on or prior appointments.
We will require your consent to use photographs for social media and promotional content.
We take non refundable deposits upon booking and full payment for some treatments.
Full payment will not be refunded if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours notice. However can be rebooked 24 hours prior.
Aftercare advice will always be provided upon or after an appointment and cal found on social media.
Please do not attend your appointment unwell - please contact to rearrange appointments as soon as possible, for a date you return to good health. I will turn clients away that are unwell for my own protection to avoid spreading illness.
A patch test isn't a guarantee that you won't react to a full set of lashes, or in the future. As a reaction may develop at any time.
I do not offer refunds on treatments as my time and products are still used. This includes allergic reactions.
Infills we be required within 2 weeks. How often you require an infill will depend on aftercare, your own lashes, along with the retention.
Shedding in autumn and spring may require you to have an earlier infill.
The time of each appointment is mentioned on the treatment. Please understand I have set times and be patient. Some treatments may take longer due to individual situations.
